This Quest was only for Legion Invasions, a world event that heralded the beginning of the Burning Legion's third invasion of Azeroth prior to Legion. The only Quest you can get now is In the Blink of an Eye
This quest is STAGGERED! You may not receive it immediately after you complete Illidari Allies. Patiently hang around [npc=101004] until the quest is triggered for you. It happens in waves.

Description
The Legion hasn't just invaded this city. Their evil is spreading across Azeroth, threatening the far corners of our world. We must seek them out and stop them, everywhere their darkness touches. We've dispatched scouts around the world to watch for Legion activity. As invasions arise, we'll mark the locations on your map. Make them suffer, {name}!
