TheWoWDBThe rather unusually named quest mob is a reference to three of the NPCs you had to kill for the old pre-Cataclysm "Battle of Hillsbrad" quest line: the farmers Ray, Getz and Kalaba. "Citizen" Wilkes, clerk Horace Whitestead, blacksmith Verrington, and magistrate Burnside were all also involved in the old quests.

Description
Before the warden receives his comeuppance we must deal with the outbreak. We cannot risk this contagion being released into the world. Within the laborers' quarters, directly north of here, is a monstrosity Stillwater pieced together out of three farmers. This beast must be destroyed if we are to secure the Sludge Fields! Protocol demands it!

Warden Stillwater sent me out into the field to investigate the outbreak. When I arrived, Twinkles and I were charged by the lumbering monstrosity known as Verringtan. I was knocked off of Twinkles and immediately ran for my life. Twinkles, though, stayed behind and fought the beast off.
