TheWoWDBIt wasn't marked on my map for some reason, but the quest is turned in near the Faerin's Advance flight path in Azj-Kahet.

I am in the quest area, however there is no one. The place is empty except for nerubian burrow. When the burrow respawns I get a kind of wave and kill them. This gives 10% in the quest progression.
I have been in the place with other characters, this is the first time it happens. Even the field elixir provider is absent.
happened to me on only one alt out of an army grinding the rep. The alt was most likely too advanced in the campaign, Brann had no option to skip it. I had to do the 3 quests left before doing the scenario at the priory (with Alleria and Anduin). After finishing it and validating the "The war within" achievement I was able to see mobs down there and do the quest.

Description
Credible intel has revealed the Sureki are regrouping for another assault. Now we take the fight to them! The Flame's Radiance have rallied at Faerin's Advance, and prepare to strike at the Sureki forces amassing in northern Azj-Kahet. Be warned, soldier. The Sureki in "Arathi's End" are greater in number and power. Should you require aid, our Sacredites in the field should be equipped with potions to assist you.
