TheWoWDBThis quest is not offered for my alt; after completing "Field Research", nothing else happens. My alt has done six quests of the zone campaign, and main has finished campaign. Perhaps there are further campaign prerequisites?

Like others, after completing "Field Research" on my alt I did not get "Resounding Repercussions". After reaching 78, "Tool of Atunement" showed up on my map. After completing "Tool of Atunement" I got the followup "The Path of Dissonance" which leads to "Resounding Repercussions" upon completion.
This part of the questline didn't show up on my main & initially didn't show up on my Alt, but then did show up after doing just a handful of other quests in the zone (same day, ~hour later):
- It didn't show up at LV70, it did show up at LV72.
- It showed up shortly after I had reached "Crony" (3/9) reputation with The Weaver.
- It showed up shortly after I completed The Wormland part of the meta achievement (Greenspeaker Na'layro's questline) on my alt, though I had already done it on my main.
I *believe* the key part here is reaching Crony status with The Weaver, as a lot of other quests in the zone seem to be similarly Reputation-locked.

Description
I did not mean for... <Orweyna's eyes narrow.> Fetch him, {name}. You were exposed to the Black Blood, too. But Hannan took most of it. He has entered the Unseeming, his mind shifted to a realm beyond our eyes through exposure to the Black Blood. You may need to join him, however far in he ventured, to retrieve him. I will activate the nerubian cleansing instrument for when you return. Do not lose yourself in that altered state.
