TheWoWDBDoes this world quest EVER appear? It is the last thing I need for Fishing 'Round the Isles but I have never seen it spawn. I've looked for it every day for a number of weeks, but to no avail!

Speak to [npc=109735] at 67.32 55.05 in [zone=8000] and he'll cast [spell=218371] on you, which gives you a raft to fish up the [item=134566] from.

The cake is a lie! I have been searching for this world quest to pop up ever since i learned it was the only one I needed to complete the Fishing 'Round the Isles achievement. As an avid WoW fisherman I have lost many nights of sleep because this world quest never spawns.
