TheWoWDBThis guy's marker was on the map (33, 65) when I finished this quest, but he wasn't visible to turn the quest in to until I had also completed Desecrator Annihiliator, and then I could turn in both and pick up Zambal, the Head Vandal and continue on with the quests he provides.

Description
I fear the spirits will be unable to find their tombs, even if we release them from the Ukhel's grip. The Ukhel are also raising the ancestors' animal companions who guided and protected them in life. Bring me the skulls of those animals, and the sacred soil disturbed by these enemies. Combined, these reagents should help the ancestors find peace.
