Do not mind Temel. His zeal for heralding sins is powerful, but he is still a stone fiend. He will obey.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

You or I could wield these sinstones directly, but I much prefer to use stone fiends for such tasks. Exceptional results, no personal risk. Unfortunately, my stone fiend did not return from its last errand. Speak with Cryptkeeper Kassir in the archives above.

Well... You don't look like the rest of 'em, do you? <Chiselgrump shrugs.> Doesn't bother me. Keep my head down and do my job, making sure these sinstones stay in good shape. Keep breaking my tools, though. Bring me some more chisels and I'll teach you an old dredger construction trick.
The Final Atonement has 15 steps, from An Abuse of Power to It Used to Be Quiet Here.

Did you mean down the stairs into the crypt itself? as of October 2024, the Accuser is not there.
Start of Chain: The Accuser
Location: Varies...
- Done with main story? She's at the Halls of Atonement (71.78, 40.37) down the stairs next to the flight path.
- Not done with the main story yet? Try Sinfall. She moves with the main story.------------------------------
If you cannot find her, then its best to keep progressing through the main story until you either run into her again or finish the main storyline. Once you finish, she'll be at the HoA inn.
------------------------------Good luck!
