You can complete both quest IDs (96232 Return to the Omnium and 96238 Return to the Omnium) on the same character using Party Sync.

Complete either one on your first run through, then party sync with a character that has not completed either quest and run the questline again, ensuring that you select the other quest when it's time. The full questline is pretty quick (roughly 10 minutes), so these aren't bad breadcrumbs to sync for.

Description

With Belo'vir's key-cipher recovered and Umbric in possession of the Void Magicule, we should return to the Lycaneum. Hopefully we have all that we need to recalibrate the Sunstrider Omnium. I will meet you back in the Magisters' Terrace when I am done here.
