TheWoWDBThis world quest takes place in roughly the same spot you go to when you do the Leyline Race for Kirin Tor. When you enter "Kingsfall Pass" (Coordinates 37.33 / 66.41) you'll phase into another area where you'll see the mobs you need to kill for credit.
Basically land at Cullen's Path, follow the road across the covered bridge and it'll phase you out once you reach it.

This was one brutal addition to Skovald's backstory. First we learned from Ashild that he alongside his brothers committed patricide on their father, then he slaughtered his own brothers and finally we learn Skovald also murdered his own mother? That's what determination looks like folks.
