You can find one of the drakes on a cliff near the top cave - it'll never fly down, just keeps dropping Ball Lightning. Makes this quest a breeze. Just stand in his lightning AoE and you're done in a minute.
- Fly to Stonehoof Watch in Highmountain.
- Ride down the road into Stormheim.
- Turn right at /way 33.6, 32.3 (or after the 3rd road lamp post, or after "Stony Highlands" appears on your screen).
- Go across the misty pool and you'll see the transponder and the caves and drakes around it.
- Aggro a drake on a high rock (ex. /way 29, 53) and stand in its [spell=220122] until your bar is full.
(Any drake will do, really, but the ones on the rocks won't waste time with melee attacks and will just use [spell=220122] full time so they'll charge you much faster. Watch drake's mana bar. Empty mana = run away and reaggro, because no mana means no lightning.)
