He spawned on the 24th of January 2023 on my server at 15:00 CET, I was too late so I waited for him to respawn - it took him 2 hours. Good luck fellow rarehunters!
He spawns every 14 hours, and he was last up today on US server at 07:30 AM CET - next spawn on US will thus be 29.02.2023 at 21:30 PM CET

General Respawn Info
Only part of Dragonflight rares are active during a single daily reset.
Most of the time you will be able to find only small part of all zone rares and they will respawn after kill in relatively short time.
But after daily reset they will disappear and a new pack of rares will be active.
So most of the time you will come to the spot and see nothing there. At least this way it was on BetaRare is a part of Adventurer of Thaldraszus achievement.
