If you came here looking for how to start the quest to unlock the pet I had to do the Tiragarde zone chain from the mission table in Boralus. It takes you and Flynn through a few Ashvane quests, then to Bridgeport, then to the siren area in the south. After that you can start the Freehold quest chain which includes this quest.
Chain start: Tiragarde Sound
Quest before the Freehold chain: Lovesick and Lost
There must always be a poop quest! Gives a whole new meaning to those "bomb your enemies" quests.
one poop quest to rule them all.

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
