TheWoWDBIf you came here looking for how to start the quest to unlock the pet I had to do the Tiragarde zone chain from the mission table in Boralus. It takes you and Flynn through a few Ashvane quests, then to Bridgeport, then to the siren area in the south. After that you can start the Freehold quest chain which includes this quest.
