Scorched Sands Outpost is a better flightpoint. Just go there, run south/southeast a couple hundred yards and scaleclaw is an elite just running around the sand there.
Scaleclaw Broodmother rare is located in Vol'dun at Arid Basin subzone on Zandalar isle.
Rare is east of Port of Zem'lan and south of Atul'aman (south of the ruins)
You can follow the north-west road from Temple of Akunda and at the end of the road you will see the rare.For TomTom users
