As of 25th August 2018, I was having one object that I'd already looted continue to show up on my map as yet to be looted when I was stuck on 5-out-of-6 completion.
After fully searching around the area, I found a different 6th object to loot.
So if you're stuck, just off completion, staring at an object that looks like it should be lootable but isn't... look for others elsewhere in the area.
For those without coordinates:
Exit Tonga's hut. Head almost due North. (Teensy bit Easty. Head toward the only other building with a complete roof.)
Before you reach the only other building you can actually go inside, STOP HALFWAY.
Look to your left. You will see a green awning.
Look underneath the green awning. This is your way to the underground items.

What to do
Description
It was brought to my attention recently dat many of our supplies went missing overnight. I suspected dat Tongo's crew was behind de theft, but we didn't have de strength or numbers needed to confront dem. I want you to search de hideout for signs of our missing supplies. If dere's anything left when you arrive, bring it back here and I'll make sure you're compensated. If we're going to survive Mojambo's assault we're going to need those stolen supplies back as soon as possible.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
