To get [item=189373] you need to find [item=189442] in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

8. Inside the [object=375270] in Dimensional Falls
   It is on a chain above the [npc=180978] rare, but to get this schematic you need to climb from the opposite side of the mountain.
   Jump down from 53.57 75.52 and move to the next jump location 53.17 75.76.
   Then turn you back to the Schematic location and slowly move backwards. (zoom camera to see the schematic better)

Right now you will need to complete the prerequisites to interact with the forge and turn in the schematic quests

[item=189442] is a protoform synthesis battle pet.
To unlock protoform crafting research [order-advancement=1931] and complete Protoform Synthesis quest.

Schematic can be found in Dimensional Falls subzone. First, travel to 53.60 75.38 and stand at the edge. You will see some stone platform and pillars below.
Jump down onto the platform and then jump to the next pillar, there is a tree's crown. Carefully step close the the edge of pillar, turn the camera and the check the tree.
The schematic is hang among the leaves on a metal chain.

After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create [npc=184193] battle pet.
