Bugged on the beta, however If you abandon the quest near the Captain you're supposed to turn it in to, he'll have the next quest in the chain ready for you.
This quest is not available to me and I have completed every quest in the questlines around it. Am I missing something?

Description
I noticed an exodus from the fleet, far out in the harbor. Flyers were sent out, they seek something, or someone. Those ships made a great journey, and they have much work ahead. Please check in with Captain Grez'ko. I am sure he could use a hand!
