Scrying for the Eye

Scrying for the Eye is a Horde-only quest for level 10-60 in Zuldazar. It is step 3 of 7 in the Fossil Extraction storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Zuldazar at 44.2, 72.0. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 8,150 experience and money.

Description

On behalf of the Horde we seek a relic called the Eye of Xibala.

The locals have been no help whatsoever and Miss Tae'shara insists that we use her survey equipment.

I abhor guesswork. Instead we shall use a more direct method: scrying.

I will mark three locations on your map. I would like you to place a scrying vessel at each of them. I will use their measurements to isolate the relic's location and we will be on our way.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Xibalan EcologyZuldazar · Level 10-60

I had really hoped this area would be more hospitable. The Zandalari have been no help whatsoever in clearing this space for archaeological exploration. Before we can even begin to uncover Xibala's secrets, we must make it safe for those less combat savvy to do their work.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Archaeological EfficiencyZuldazar · Level 10-60

Miss Tae'shara and I share a passion for uncovering hidden secrets and a deep, abiding respect for this ancient land. That said! If we were to continue at the pace to which she is accustomed, the Alliance would overtake us before we could make a single discovery. It is time to expedite our survey.
