This quest (Simply Magical) turns in at Torntusk Overlook, where Lilaju (the child) is waiting for you to give you the follow-up quest, The Wisest Leaders Follow. If your main story campaign was stalled at 11/17 because she wasn't at the location, then this could be the fix.

Description

Who... Who are you? Who sent you? Lilaju? De cultists massacred our village. I stayed behind to make sure everyone got out. But de cultists captured me and now dey say dey got somethin' extra special for Idago. I'd rather not find out what. Dis magic holdin' me here is amateur work. De spells to release de bindings are sure to be in de magical tomes de cultists brought here. Find de tomes and rip some pages out. Then we can piece together de right words to release me.
