You'll kill Time Slime and Half Time Slime mobs, quite close to Pedgi.
You could use a target macro, but the slimes are obvious and plentiful and you probably won't need to.
(The grime piles are obvious and everywhere, just as the slimes are, for Grime Lies Where You're Killing Slimes.)

Description

The investigators here told me that there were some side effects to removing the time anomaly from Eon's Fringe. Seems a bunch of slimes snuck through the timestream in the process. Oh! Oh! Time slimes! They're time slimes! Ha. Anyway, could you take some of them out?
