Found him around coords: 55.9, 48.7, you'll see him running around like a maniac waving his hand around running up and down the path, I didn't need to do all that macro stuff.
For those who dunno .. Make a maco and use this:
/target Smoot /script SetRaidTargetIcon("target",1)Do as the guy above said jump on flyer and look about, just be good with your click to jump the lil sod.

What to do
Description
It was the Captain who insisted his new engines use an induction samophlange. Those things hadn't even been invented yet! I tasked Smoot with creating one based on some stolen Venture Company schematics, and he's finally built a working model. Now that he's got his samophlange, he's drunk with power. He's running all over town with it like a goblin possessed. Smack Smoot and snag my samophlange, {name}.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Ready the Air Force
I gave Hellscream my personal guarantee that I'd have his airfleet ready this week, but our flagship - The Spear of Durotar - still doesn't have its primary engines installed. Fleep promised me a dangerously shiny new engine last week.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Pre-Flight Checklist
This new engine is extremely fast. And dangerous. I'd use the word "volatile." That's the way the Captain likes it. Run back up the hill and let him know that I'll install this bad boy right now and that he should meet me at the construction site.
