During Dragonflight pre-patch quests were bugged. You have learned them, but as you opened your spell book the spells did not show up.
I found alternative trough /run scripts.
For this case, I've looked up Wowhead for specific spell IDs and with those I got the spells I needed. By running/run PickupSpell([spell_id])I got the spell and was able to put it on my action bar.
Down is a list for all required crafts:
- [spell=184336]
/run PickupSpell(184336)- [spell=184337]
/run PickupSpell(184337)- [spell=184338]
/run PickupSpell(184338)- [spell=184339]
/run PickupSpell(184339)- [spell=184340]
/run PickupSpell(184340)- [spell=184344]
/run PickupSpell(184344)Perhaps this helps you as it did for me :)

I had quite a frustrating time with this quest, as the Heated Leystone Bars kept immediately reverting back to regular Leystone Bars without my interaction. I honestly thought the quest was bugged and reported it. As per two Blizzard game master ticket responses I received, you only have 20 seconds to create the items needed to complete this quest before the heated leystone bars revert back to their original state and you need to re-smelt them.
Best way I found to complete each item needed was to smelt 2 bars at a time by the forge, then hurry to the anvil to create each item individually. At the end, it seemed as if I still had 1 bar that reverted back to its original state again, but the boots finally created during the final stage at the workbench anyway.

Description
You lack recipes for boots? What, were you trained by a tauren or something? Hurry up, then. We probably have a few minutes before the demons attack again. Here's a pattern - show me your work.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

You're a blacksmith? <The elf looks down at your hammer.> Still working in leystone, are you? I might be able to help you out. Alliances out here are hard-won. You've got a pretty face, but that's no guarantee that you aren't working for the demons. I can't afford to trust you yet.

Listen, <class>. We need smiths like you to carry on the traditions of the Illidari, should we fail in our crusade against the Legion. You are ready to learn. Bring me materials. Lots of them. When you return, we will have much to discuss.
