Spellbound is an Alliance-only PvP quest for level 32-35 in Isle of Thunder. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
Grand Magister Rommath has something in his possession that I want.
He brought a very powerful tome with him. It would be better for our cause if it were no longer in Sunreaver hands.
Locate Rommath's book of incantations and bring it to me.

It'd be hillarious if both the quests had you stealing the same book from eachother over and over
On another note, book respawns pretty fast, so line-ups are uncommon.

|---|---|---|
| Currency | Lesser Charm of Good Fortune | 2 |

Ignited by Jaina's fury, the Kirin Tor Offensive seek to seize Thunder Isle for the glory of the Alliance!
Reputation group: Mists of Pandaria.

Possession of the Lesser Charms of Good Fortune will result in great happiness and the eventual conversion into Warforged Seals, which allow players to risk a coin to receive a bonus reward from raid encounters.
