Night Fae covenant members can visit Lady Muunn in the Heart of the Forest to change soul shapes. The shape may not show up on the initial dialogue list. The Sporebat Soul dropped during Time Walking - Court of Stars after defeating Advisor Melandrus. It's noteworthy that there are two time walking events up at the moment, Legion and BC; upon completing the first TW dungeon I was awarded with both TW quests for 500 tokens each and the soulshape.
