Take the Power

Take the Power is a quest for level 10-56 in Ardenweald. It is step 7 of 8 in the An Ominous Stone storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Ardenweald at 74.3, 32.3. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 11,450 experience and money.

Description

Wait! Before you enter, I would ask something of you.

While we have not had a wildseed in some time, we did keep stores of anima. It served us well in staving off the gorm.

Whatever has happened to my village, I do not want this power to remain in their hands. It will better serve Ardenweald in other groves.

Keep an eye out for any anima within the village. We will put it to better use elsewhere.

Where to go

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Cut the RootsArdenweald · Level 10-56

It's just as I feared, friend. The entire village is turned, just like Lavrash. Lewor would have transformed the other elders as soon as possible. They are all strong in their own right. Brave Fiona, clever Bitterfly.... It pains me to say this, but they must be destroyed.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Unknown AssailantsArdenweald · Level 10-56

This must be the stone he found. I do not recognize the mark. You should bring this to the nearby droman. They are wise and retain much of the knowledge of the forests and the realms beyond. They will know what to do.
