I'm so glad you and Qadarin were passing by! These spriggans are crazy!
Get me out of here!
I was gathering some herbs from the garden when they nabbed me. I'm sure they've captured other souls, too!

I've done what is suggested here, to a limit.. this quest is the only remaining one so I can't just abandon the others and redo. I did however abandon the quest, clear the world quests, picked up the quest and had the same problem. I have then since hearthed and came back to do quest, relogged and did quest and still am experiencing the error - No where to turn this in.
In order to stop this from bugging you need to be quick on your accepting of the "A Little Pruning" and "Broken Webs" quest from the NPC. If you don't get both it bugs and disappears, I just spammed accept as quick as I could until I got both, worked for me. Abandon the "A Little Pruning" quest to respawn the NPC and try again.
If you're left only with Spriggan Snares then you are royaly screwed, because abandoning nor relogging/wm on/off works. Ticket seems to be the only option.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Spriggans sometimes invade the garden to spread mischief and mayhem. There is no end to the trouble they bring with them. Usually, the Wild Hunt keeps them in check... but their huntsmen and huntresses have had far more pressing concerns as of late.

That should take care of things out here. Now we must tend to the inner garden. Once we're done, I'll sort out my recalcitrant husband. Hopefully, any remaining spriggans will have cleared out on their own after hearing us dispatch the others.
Night Warrior's Curse has 12 steps, from The Speaker of Elune to Mending a Broken Hart.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Ardenweald (9), Heart of the Forest (3).
