TheWoWDBEdit: per a post under Parin Tinklocket, you first have to complete the Trouble at Greystone Keep questline before Parin will show up and offer you Inspection Garget and Reverse Tinkering.
After turning in An Explosive Opportunity, Wulfred offered me Making Mysteries and The Beauty of Marketing, but not Spring Cleaning. I finished the first two and turned them in, but still no Spring Cleaning - not as a quest offering from any NPC, nor as a bonus objective from moving around the area. I relogged, left the area and came back, nothing further. Inspection Gadget is not available either.
Anyone else run into this? I've already completed the main Tiragarde storyline, but I do have a few stray quests in other parts of the zone. Going to do those now, but it seems odd I would be able to do An Explosive Opportunity, Making Mysteries, and The Beauty of Marketing with this one.
