TheWoWDBWhen you pick this quest up, you'll likely enter the cave directly in front of you and wonder why you can't see the item even though there is a gold dot on your map - that's because there are two paths in that cave; you need to go out and take the left path into the cave and upwards. Had me wondering what was going on for a minute or so.

If there's a crate inside a cave that you can't find/reach:
Go to /way 46.29, 77.08
Walk into the cave. Immediately AFTER entering the cave, notice the torch directly in front of you. There are two paths here--one to the left, one to the right (unlike every OTHER cave). Take the left path and voila, there's your crate!
If you already hate everything about this area and quest line, as I do, this may be the one that takes your soul. I've yet to finish and I swear if the NPC gives me another quest for these annoying pig men I might just have to retire and go hang out with the Kite Adventurers.
UPDATE (12/11/18): Nearly 4 months later and I still refuse to return to this area even to do World Quests...lol. The map shows an NPC but you can't find them because they're underground somewhere and who knows where the entrance is. I'm enjoying BfA overall but I can't think of another area in the game, on any map, that I dislike more.
