Description

When I opened my mind to the currents during the ritual, I felt the presence of a member of Lord Stormsong's innermost circle.

Wavespeaker Reid. If anyone can locate the missing fleet, it is him.

I will not stand by while my brothers move against our own people. Oaths be damned.

We must force Reid to see reason.

Seems to be bugged. Brother pike just stands there blasting water at Wavespeaker Reid with endless water elementals spawning. Me and a group fought them endlessly for 10 minutes and nothing ever happened. Even dropping and re-acquiring the quest did nothing.
Edit: not sure what happened, probably a phasing issue with other players, but I dropped the quest, left the zone, came back and got the quest and it progressed properly.

When mobs respawn endlessly:
What seemed to get it to next phase was killing the mobs at the exact same time then they don't respawn
Tested worked 2 times now
