TheWoWDBCoord's are 33.7 x 45.8.
The quest givers are part of the Genn Greymane(sp) intro line, once completed they are gone.
I tried to get another grapple, since mine was gone from inventory(yet usable) and not counting for part of a quest requirement, to no avail. There are other threads stating the item is found at various quest hubs, but my toon is special and has been blacklisted by the Stormforged Grapple Launcher Owners Association of Azeroth...

Thanks for all the video links, but co-ords would have been far more helpful, especially since only 1 vid is for alliance and it doesnt show you anything usefull at all.
