To get there from [zone=7731], start from the top tauren plateu, head west over the two bridges and straight ahead up the mountains, starting location ca 54.5, 63.5. Follow the path.
When you get over the pass, while you're at it, grab the flight point from [npc=100559] at 59.2, 65.1
