Stormheim is a Horde-only quest for level 10-45 in Stormheim. It rewards 775 experience and money.
Nathanos Blightcaller, Champion of the Banshee Queen herself, sent for you in Dalaran.
He should be waiting for you in the Violet Citadel. It sounded urgent.

To get going with the questlines, I found I had to continue to Stormheim and meet up with [npc=107460] at location 30.2, 40.6.
He will give you this quest Stormheim.
To get there from [zone=7731], start from the top tauren plateu, head west over the two bridges and straight ahead up the mountains, starting location ca 54.5, 63.5. Follow the path.
When you get over the pass, while you're at it, grab the flight point from [npc=100559] at 59.2, 65.1
