ULDUAR, just north and east of the base camp, up two flights of stairs. The second set of stairs and entryway is offset by 45 degrees.

Description
I have sent an emissary to the Halls of Lightning to take the battle to Loken. He undoubtedly needs assistance, given the strength of Loken's armies. Lend him any aid you can so that we may finally stop the traitor.

Upon departing Azeroth, the titans entrusted loyal protectors with safeguarding Ulduar, an enigmatic city nestled in the mountains of the Storm Peaks.
