Description

With the Heart of the Magnaron, we wield a powerful weapon against the Iron Horde.

They amass far to the north at the Iron Approach. This will not be easy, but we must seize the opportunity to deal a blow to the Iron Horde while we possess the artifact.

We are prepared to depart at your command. Speak with Rangari Rajess when you are ready.

If you are having difficulty completing this quest, change your dungeon difficulty to Heroic and you should be able to complete it.
Quest turn-in is NOT at your garrison, though the NPC says so. The turn-in is at your zone outpost.

Hope this gets fixed, its quite confusing. When the scenario completes, go south and head for the most southwest building in the area, pass around it heading to your right and you will find Nisha and see a new flightpath on your map. You can then ride her back to Highpass where you turn in this quest. I did do the switch to heroic and back, but not so sure that was needed. Also logged out\in, also not sure if that was needed. I would just try to find Nisha first, you may not need all the other stuff.

Access to this quest also requires you to have completed the outpost-related quest chain that awards a follower. That's A Rediscovered Legend if you chose the Sparring Arena and Tangleheart if you chose the Lumber Yard.
For now, this may be difficult for players who chose the arena, as the questgiver who starts that chain is bugged and missing on many realms.
