Decided to roll a new alt since the heirloom tab came out today, but hit a brick wall with this quest. You hop in the plane, it goes a few feet, then ejects you.

Costumes granted from toys don't seem to fix this, nor did relogging and disabling addons.

What did work was I just ran to where you are supposed to bomb them, but dispatched them 1 at a time with my sword and still was able to complete the quest.

Description

My chief engineer tells me that he's managed to get one of the bombers repaired and airworthy. Take these bombs with you, and look for the repaired bomber at the start of the runway. Once you're airborne, use the bombs to do as much damage to the attacking Dark Iron dwarves as you can. I've heard rumors that they're preparing to deploy a new kind of war golem. Keep your eyes peeled for those golems and make them your highest priority targets.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
