Ontogen the Harvester is at 59.8, 71 in a small gaseous depression . There are Angered Saplings in the area.
If you are having trouble finding Ontogen, open your map and go straight south under the "A" and the "N" in Tangelheart. This is up the path that you went down to for the bonus objective. He is in a gaseous swamp area surrounded by little Angered Sapling mobs.
