Nevermind, you need to go into the temple to turn it in. However it wasn't marked on my map and it still showed the Scouting map instead.

Description
We have heard from all our temples on Pandaria, except for one. We dispatched a message by bird to Tian Monastery, but no answer has yet arrived. This silence is quite unusual. Grandmaster, I recommend that we send our champion, Chen Stormstout, to scout the situation at once.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

What are you supposed to do to complete this quest? I did the mission and got the reward for the mission. But there's no where to turn in the quest and it's just sitting as completed in my quest log!
