It's a stretch, but the Bay of Kings may refer to the Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA.
It could also be a weird coincidence.
Another of those whiskey tango foxtrot posts, neither here nor there. But, why did the programmers feel the need to sit us facing backwards as the submarine ran the waters? Front facing, rear facing, does not change the quest in the least. But, I'm smh as to understand what inspired them to do it. Doesn't most two or three man submarines have the seats facing front? What's the point in seeing where you've been?

Description
Our next target is a ship docked in a place across from here, the Warport Rastari. Lucky for you, I can get us all there in my enlarged miniaturized submarine. Shandris Feathermoon and Magister Umbric should be waiting for you on the coast of Warport Rastari. Let's get going!
