TheWoWDBi figured out a way to do this quest. all you have to do is go behind the bulding (exept the baraiks(spelling)) and do the sifon wich is key 1 on your action bar

Go towards the hunters mask, and when you get close enough to see the buildings name come up, press the blue picture on your action bar :) Hope this helps!
