I recommend the other tower at 44.85
From Wardens' Redoubt, go through where the wardens fight demons, into the green fel field. Keep to the left, and keep left after passing a water and a cave. After that, you reach a slightly open space where you can go to left, straight or right (which leads down to the spiders). Go straight, and you'll soon see an owl statue, at which point you're there.
Counted 3 Betrayers around this tower. They have close to 20 million HP. Inside the tower, you'll find 1 Betrayer surrounded by 4 Adepts. Do NOT pull them out, or they will reset.

Abysmal respawn rate of the betrayers+a very long run back to your corpse after death to pvp=yet another blizzfail.
Most people don't even realise there is two locations for this quest, and communicating with pug groups is pretty much a mission impossible.
Of all of Blizzard's horribly designed WQs, this is the worst.
Yes, I'm even counting the Kirin Tor quests.
