TheWoWDBI highly recommend Rik'kal the Dissector's Enhancement, [spell=127794] for this daily quest. It has a high chance of proccing and just one explosion will kill the rest of the scorpions.
Also, the daily Kunchong Treats happens the same day making Children of the Grave even better. You can pull turtles into your soon-to-explode egg sacs to take down more then half their health before the fight even truly starts.

I believe this quest is a reference to the Metallica song "Frayed Ends of Sanity," taken from the lyric 'Old Habits Reappear, fighting the Fear of Fear.' Since the augments and enhancements granted by the Klaxxi Paragons have something to do with rock and roll and heavy metal songs, this seems apropos.

Description
When we discovered the sha influence at Kypari Zar, I had hoped the corruption could still be cleansed. Unfortunately, the Klaxxi Council has confirmed that the sha of fear's corruption is deep-seated, and continues to spread. To the south, I have observed some of the local wildlife consumed by an unnamed terror. The sha can warp and twist its victims into unimaginable horrors. We must stop the corruption before it becomes worse. Seek out the sha-infected Horrorscale Scorpids. Eliminate them.
