this questline is obtainable after doing "Sea Wolf" MacKinley's quest chain.
This one was a bit hard to find for any Alliance members not familiar with the Horde FP. After you pick up the quest from Baron Revilgaz, turn back around as if to go back into the ship from where you came - but go to the right instead (there's a tiny pathway). This pathway loops around to the Horde flight master, as well as two goblins shuddering in fear next to him - the goblin on the left is Kebok. Speak to him and he will fly you around so that you can sink the boats and collect the 75 kills.

We'll never survive this attack with all these worgen pirates pouring into the harbor from the north. Luckily, it looks like they're not armed with cannons, so if we can get you out of the harbor, you can attack from the skies. Kebok, the Horde flight master's assistant, is right around the corner. Talk to him and let him know that you're going to need his bravest wind rider. Bring a couple armloads of handbombs with you. You'll need all of them to stop those attack boats!
