Its that small island you can see right from the pier, its also where Mok'rash the Cleaver spawns (he drops Parrot Cage (Hyacinth Macaw))No reason to waste 3k gold

Why would anyone want to spend 3k to bribe him? Sure, if you're "lazy", but I killed three crocs and got the skins in all about 30 secs, including flying.
Having only done this quest on a goblin, it seems that you can get away with simply paying 100 gold instead of 2k or 3k.
I don't know if you can on other races, but Blixrez going, "For you, and our goblinhood, I'll accept 100 gold" leads me to believe it's goblin-exclusive.

Description
Information ain't cheap. Outta everyone, Zeros should know that best. People have sighted dangerous crocolisks around Janeiro's Point. You know what I see? Money, money, money! Get me their precious skins and maybe I'll remember something important about those crystals Zeros is after.
