Seeking Seahorn is a quest for level 10-30 in The Cape of Stranglethorn. It is step 58 of 62 in The Cape of Stranglethorn storyline. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 525 experience and money.
When the Brashtide pulled in, Seahorn grabbed the nearest weapon he could find and jumped off the ledge here. You'll find him down below, probably pounding new holes into those worgen's skulls.
Help him out down there. I can handle the motivation from up here.

After turning in this quest Fleet Master Seahorn will offer you The Damsel's (Bad) Luck and Turning the Brashtide.
These humorous quest lines continue because the Bloodsail brought [npc=43560] to fight, as well. You can see him floating in the bay, like he's almost guiding the incoming Bloodsail where to attack. XD

I've got an idea, but it's going to involve some footwork on your part. As a goblin cartel, the Blackwater Raiders have a lot of explosives on hand. In fact, I know for a fact that our old friend Narkk keeps a case in the back of his shop, in the Old Port Authority.
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
We'll never survive this attack with all these worgen pirates pouring into the harbor from the north. Luckily, it looks like they're not armed with cannons, so if we can get you out of the harbor, you can attack from the skies. Kebok, the Horde flight master's assistant, is right around the corner.
