TheWoWDBSadly seems to be bugged if you phased booty bay to be attacked by the Bloodsail (Doublerum) and then farmed bloodsail rep with all the scaled down booty bay NPC's like I did back in 2012... He's there in that phase but the quest simply won't progress. However I was able to fix this by doing the blue dragon questline from Kalec at the top of Valdrakken! If you progress that to the booty bay part you can talk to Senegos to have him make you appear friendly with booty bay. Then you can finish the quests and unphase booty bay for good! And have access to all the amenities therein (Outside of the tavern which is still hostile to me for some reason).

Got the quest in the mail with the reset. Went to booty bay, turned in, got the soulstone glyph, and... that's it.
Asked around with other warlocks and heard the same thing.Seems strange to me that they'd give us a single quest to go to the questgiver and stop, perhaps we'll get the real continuation either tomorrow or with the next reset.
If I missed something someone please feel free to let me know.
For those of you, who did like I did, and threw away the letter by accident (you know cleaning out your bags and not paying attention)... You can go back to where you took the stage coach to Darkmoon Faire in the Cleft of the shadow in Orgrimmar ( I assume the same for alliance) at 38, 54 and the letter will be on the ground. Just pick it up and go complete the quest. Hope this helps.
