I received credit for both when I was done. You do not que for anything. Once the hour rolls around, there will be places highlighted on the map to fight various enemies. These will shift around but all will be in the general vicinity of Mylton Wyldbraun. At the end you will kill one of the champions. I don't know if it is the same one each time since this is my first time completing it. I have read several comments that this was bugged. It worked for me today so hopefully those bugs have been worked out and won't come back.
