So, If you completed the storyline The Last Mage of Hallowfall and didn't pick this up, it will remain there *bugging* you until the bug is fixed. Let's pray for all of our collective map OCD.

Has anyone done this quest? I'm stuck on this as the person im supposed to get it from is not present at the location of the ' ! '
If you ZOOM in on your map, it moves. You get it from [npc=215335] at 40.52 50.80 just north of the quest point on map.
I just completed the storyline [storyline=5552] and got credit in the achievement.
I pasted this quest in my chat and it says FALSE, but the other 4 quests in this storyline show TRUE.So, it appears you don't get this one quest which is why its still on your map, but you can start with the 2nd quest Arcane Trickles

Description
I want you to check in on someone. He's a mage... the only one of us who is. All the others died in the crash. He's trying to make a portal to the Empire, so we can get reinforcements and have a way to and from home. We all know it's a lost cause, but he still hasn't given up. Maybe meeting a seasoned traveler like you will give him the reality check he needs. Check on him, will you?
