To destroy the Iron Horde Cannons you will need [item=104039] which is dropped by [npc=72328] and [npc=73360]. There are some crates around you can loot one from as well.
To destroy the Cannon I found you couldn't always click it from the side, but jumping up on the back as if you were loading the cannon made it possible to use the powder and blow up the cannons.

And in case you're wondering what the title means, it's one of my favoritest wordses ever. Not strictly applicable here, but it'll be a new word for lots of people, so okay!
If you stand right next to the largest "wheel" - RIGHT next to it! - it usually works. Most of the time, I got "I am too far away" when I could reach out and touch it.

What to do
Description
If we leave now, my clan's final assault on Grom'gar will be a disaster. Though our warriors are unmatched in melee, the Thunderlords have new ranged weapons - our forces would be decimated as they cross the Icewind Drifts. But WE are already here. We can overtake those weapons before they ever fire. Blackrock orcs help our enemies forge these "cannons" in the workshops on the south side. If we use their own tools to sabotage the weapons, we leave Grom'gar wide open to a Frostwolf raid.

Not long ago, the most advanced weapon a Thunderlord could make was a really, really big spear. The Blackrock orcs must have shipped in a fearsome master to have them producing cannons so rapidly. We need to find that master.
