Got this quest when i hit Rank 5 with Bladesman Inowari. Inside the chest was few fishes and one [item=169941] which gave 400 Waveblade Ankoan reputation.
Go to 46.56, 50.56 (Dragon's Teeth Basin) and you'll see the entrance to the cave located at 45.96, 52.08 (Basin Hideout)

Description
There are many treasures to find throughout these ancient ruins. Sometime ago, I noticed a strange looking chest in a cave not far from here. There may be valuable items inside that can help us in our fight against Queen Azshara. We should go back and investigate the chest.
