TheWoWDBI was having issues with the chest not being in the cave. Turns out I was on another quest What Will It Lure? which was phasing me and not letting me see the chest.

Found my chest at 61, 20 - north of Azsh'ari Terrace. There is also an arcane chest inside the same cave.
I got this chest upon hitting rank 9 with the Ankoan Hunter. I think each follower might have their own chest associated with them.

Description
We have uncovered many rare treasures while exploring Nazjatar. I believe that I have found yet another cache of valuable artifacts to retrieve. Some time ago, I noticed a strangely glowing object in the distance. I believe that it may have been a treasure chest. We should go and investigate the object. If it is a treasure chest, its contents may prove valuable in our quest to defeat the naga!
