I'm Arelion's friend, but I'm not going to take the beating of my life for him. His mistress is Viera Sunwhisper.
Go tell that harpy of a wife of his. What's she going to do anyway?

First go buy the alcoholic beverage is in Zangarmarsh, Cenarion Refuge at the inkeeper Coryth Stoktron http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=18907, the item is called Cenarion Spirits http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29112. The NPC to turn it into is right in the middle of the lower part of Falcon Watch (called: Viera Sunwhisper http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17226). Give the beverage to her, walk down the path and use the scroll on her (she will turn into a rat!)
Note: If the NPC is not there, it's because somebody else is doing the quest currently
If you happen to be on a PvE Realm when you talk to Aledis, make sure you are close to Falcon Watch [Or no high levels are around]. It immediately puts you into PvP leading to a possible attack if opposite faction is nearby.
If you are doing this on live now leveling a new toon or going back and doing old content you will need to spam your target interact hotkey to bypass the scroll. If you try to do the standard right/left click to turn in the Cenarian Spirits it will try to use the scroll repeatedly. I was only able to bypass this by making sure I had set up my interact with target to a keybind setting (H is what I used) and then made sure to press it a few times quickly to get the Cenarian Spirits to turn in.

Arelion's journal does not deal with any sort of scholarly studies. It details his escapades with a young female blood elf! How could I've been such a fool? Unfortunately, the floozy's identity is not revealed in this journal. Aledis, a colleague of Arelion's, was his best friend and confidant.

With all the important matters at hand Arelion still found time in his schedule to see a mistress! It's all becoming perfectly clear. Viera Sunwhisper, that filthy wench... we'll show her to never cross a magistrix again. Take this scroll and find Viera.
