First go buy the alcoholic beverage is in Zangarmarsh, Cenarion Refuge at the inkeeper Coryth Stoktron http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=18907, the item is called Cenarion Spirits http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29112. The NPC to turn it into is right in the middle of the lower part of Falcon Watch (called: Viera Sunwhisper http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17226). Give the beverage to her, walk down the path and use the scroll on her (she will turn into a rat!)
Note: If the NPC is not there, it's because somebody else is doing the quest currently

If you happen to be on a PvE Realm when you talk to Aledis, make sure you are close to Falcon Watch [Or no high levels are around]. It immediately puts you into PvP leading to a possible attack if opposite faction is nearby.

If you are doing this on live now leveling a new toon or going back and doing old content you will need to spam your target interact hotkey to bypass the scroll. If you try to do the standard right/left click to turn in the Cenarian Spirits it will try to use the scroll repeatedly. I was only able to bypass this by making sure I had set up my interact with target to a keybind setting (H is what I used) and then made sure to press it a few times quickly to get the Cenarian Spirits to turn in.

Description

I'm Arelion's friend, but I'm not going to take the beating of my life for him. His mistress is Viera Sunwhisper. Go tell that harpy of a wife of his. What's she going to do anyway?
