Confirming that this quest gives no reputation - possibly a bug.
I have done it every time it has come up and it awards no reputation, but doing quests for other daily hubs reward 110 reputation per quest for all of them; this appears to be the only one that has a daily that rewards no reputation.
Worth reporting as a bug as I have found no information stating otherwise.
This quest still does not reward any reputation, bugged from launch.
